2.You can schedule any open timeslot between 6:00 am to 24:00 am in your local time zone. Please double-check your timezone if you are traveling and select the correct timezone to proceed.
Our course consultant will be in touch with you in 24 hours after you submit a booking.
How can I cancel my booking？
1. Please inform your course consultant 12 hours ahead of your scheduled time for cancellation.
2. For rescheduling, please contact your course consultant 12 hours in advance to rearrange the trial class.
How should I prepare for the trial class？
1. Download the ClassIn App
Mobile/Portable Device：search for “ClassIn” in Apple or Android app store and download to install.
Windows PC/Macbook or iMac: Go to “Download”page, click on the corresponding download link based on your operating system.
Please use your phone number to complete the registration process. Your phone number will be your login account afterwards.
You will be able to view your class information when you log in ClassIn.
The classroom button will be clickable 10 minutes before the class starts. Please enter the classroom at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. After entering the class, please follow the steps to make sure your device is ready.
Our 1-on-1 trial class is collocated with pre-class preview nursery rhymes and supporting textbooks. To achieve a more effective learning experience, we suggest you to preview the learning materials with your child and familiarize your child with the content before class.
Why we suggest entering the classroom 10 minutes in advance？
To ensure effective learning environment, you are suggested to enter the classroom 10 minutes ahead of class time to check if your microphone, camera, and speaker are working fine. We suggest having you child visible from the shoulders up.
Our teachers will be awaiting and greeting to your child before class for icebreaking and making sure the network connection is working fine.
What if I encounter any technical issues during the trial class？

Our course consultant will help you troubleshoot the issue and provide instructions.
If the technical issue is not solved during class, can I reschedule a free trial class?
Our teachers will report the issue to IT service team and we will review the class issue within 1 working day.
If it turns out the issue is caused by the technical issues on the teachers' side, the free trial class will be rescheduled. If it is caused by the technical issues on students' side, please contact your course consultant for more details.
Will there by any Chinese proficiency report provided after trial class？
1. You can communicate with the teacher in the classroom after the trial class. Our teacher will comprehensively comment on the child's Chinese proficiency level and briefly answer some of the course questions.
2.Within 24 hours after the trial class, our course consultant will send you a written Chinese evaluation report. Our teacher will evaluate the child's Chinese proficiency in detail from four aspects: listening, speaking, reading and writing, and provide relevant learning advice.
What else can I do after the trial class？
1. To experience a complete learning cycle, we suggest you to have your child make use of the supporting textbooks and videos to review the content learned in class.
2.Within 24 hours after the trial class, you can log in ClassIn to watch the playback of the class.
3.Your course consultant will be connecting with you within 24 hours before and after the trial class to share a personalized report and to provide insights on your child's strengths and opportunities for improvement.

How long does each session last？
To ensure the quality of learning, our 1-on-1 private class is 45-minutes, and our small group class is 1-hour. However, class duration may be adjusted conditionally based on the child’s needs.
